The dachshunds like to watch too, but we discourage them. If a dog wins that they didn't like, they start throwing things at the TV.........poor losers.....

Did he bark at the competitors? Does he have a favorite breed (aside from his own, of course)?

Neither Pearl nor Elvis will watch TV. Louie (the cat) sometimes will. The dogs just don't 'get it'.

None of my dogs will actually *watch* TV, although there are one or two who will pay attention briefly if there's an interesting sound. Looking forward to seeing the herding group tonight! DH commented on the fact that the Chinese Crested in the toy group was a Powderpuff (or, as they're known here, a Ziggy-dog). I was surprised, actually, that he looked up from his laptop long enough to notice...

Looks like he's having a great time! My cat sometimes watches tv.. but it depends on where my son is at the time.
